helpful staff great location private doctor ripped wallpaper filthy carpet unpleasant smell
the staff was awesome! carlos at the front desk was so helpful. the location is great! it is close to shopping and restaurants. the hotel arranged a private doctor visit for me when i fell ill, so i was very thankful.
i found the corridors needed some tlc! the wallpaper was ripped off the walls. the carpets were filthy. there was also an unpleasant smell outside my room.

varied breakfast helpful assistance slow elevator noisy street
the room was a spacious triple room, i was thrilled! i found the breakfast quite varied, i think anyone would find something they like. i received assistance with directions which was fantastic.
the elevator was a bit slow, i noticed. the street outside got quite noisy at night, and it made sleeping a bit tough

i appreciated the friendly staff and carlos. he offered useful recommendations upon arrival. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the bathroom was updated and clean. i even had a balcony.
the hotel is located a bit far from everything. a longer walk is needed to reach main attractions.

the location was great. it was near many restaurants. the room was clean. breakfast had many choices.

the staff were very helpful i found them always ready to assist. the breakfast was decent with a good selection of items available each morning. i liked that it included clean rooms. i also appreciated the restaurant area being super clean.
the elevator experienced issues i found this inconvenient. the television in my room was initially broken i think this should have been checked beforehand.

The staff helped with my early check-in, which I found very useful. My room included a comfortable bed and good air conditioning, (although it was a bit noisy). I also noticed several shops near the hotel.
The hotel is a bit far from the main attractions. I walked about 30 minutes to reach them.

helpful staff comfy bed
The staff, including Simone and Carlos, were really good. They were very nice and helpful, i am very grateful. The room I got was a Smart Double Room and it was very clean. The beds were comfy and I had a good sleep. I appreciated the fast check-in during night hours.
The elevator did not go to the third and fourth floors. I had to use the stairs.
